Milestone 4 is getting committee approval of my dissertation topic. Remember, my mentor approved in early January. Then my second committee member approved. Then I had an hour long Skype with my third committee member this past week.
Steve brings up good points. He thinks I need to tweak a few things. Some as simple as saying "virtual team members" instead of "virtual teams"...use of the word "performance" when discussing a team. He believes in the proper HPT definition of individuals perform, teams are productive (to paraphrase). We also discussed that I made have some artifacts left from when I wanted to conquer the virtual team world! I agree.
So if I can stop playing with plants long enough today, I'm going to work-up a couple of simple changes. Then submit to Dr Petti (mentor) and chat with her this week. See if she likes B instead of A.
